A POEM DEDICATED TO LUIS SUAREZ, PHILANTHROPIST

There are those in the world with great famine,
And a list of problems to examine,
To ponder,
We all find it easier to keep issues at bay,
Yonder,
But there are certainly those with more pride,
Than to hide,
Or to deride,
And whilst it can be easy to bide,
Our emotions,
There are those that inject devotion,
With fangs;
That offer intravenous solutions to angst,
And whilst most keep problems of famine at arms-length,
We can count of others' metaphorical strength,
To take that arm and chomp with passion,
To highlight those less fortunate,
Who instead must ration!
